Terms and Conditions 1. Booking and Payments All bookings are subject to availability and must be confirmed in advance. Full payment is required upon drop off or collection. Both cash and card are accepted 2. Vaccinations All cats must be up-to-date with vaccinations. Proof of vaccination must be provided via the form or at the time of check-in. 3. Health and Medical Conditions We cannot accept cats that are unwell or showing signs of illness. Any medical treatment required during the stay will be arranged at the owner's expense. Owners must disclose any pre-existing medical conditions or dietary requirements at the time of booking. 4. Drop-Off and Pick-Up Cats must be dropped off and picked up during the designated hours. 5. Personal Items While we provide bedding and toys, owners may leave personal items at their own risk. The cattery is not responsible for lost or damaged belongings. 6. Liability At Donadea Cattery, we pride ourselves on providing a high standard of care and maintaining safe, secure facilities for all our feline guests. However, cats are naturally active animals who enjoy climbing, jumping, and exploring. Despite our best efforts to ensure their safety, accidents can occasionally occur, such as falls or other injuries resulting from their behavior. By choosing to board your cat with us, you acknowledge and agree to the following: Liability for Injuries: In the event your cat sustains an injury during their stay as a result of their own actions (e.g., climbing, jumping, or misjudging distances), you, as the owner, accept full responsibility for any associated veterinary bills. No Fault Liability: Donadea Cattery will not be held liable for injuries or accidents resulting from your cat's natural behavior during their stay. 7. Emergencies In the event of an emergency, we will contact the owner immediately. If unreachable, we reserve the right to seek veterinary care on the owner's behalf. 8. Behavior The cattery reserves the right to refuse aggressive or disruptive cats for the safety of staff and other animals. 9. Acceptance of Terms By pressing "Submit" on the booking form, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms and conditions.
